Yes. 21/90 rule That's something lifechanging rule. Yeah It had .
Many of us would plan something like Hereafter I will get up 7 or Like I will do Physical exercise or I will go for a walk and so on . Many of us will plan like this But this plan just works out for two days maybe three or four. But it is really hard for someone to adapt this habit. But it is possible with 21/90. This was actually suggested by my brother. Initially I too had the thought Is that possible to do something for 21 days. But once you try this and makes something good as your habit. This may change your lifestyle.
What is 21/90 rule ?
If one wants to carry out some activity not just for two days but wants to make it as a habit Then one should carry out the activity for 21 days then it becomes a habit and if you carried out some activity for 90 days that becomes your lifestyle. This is what 21/90 rule is. Amazing right Must try this out
This rule is not only applicable to inherit some habit but also to give up something. Yeah We all might have at least one thing to follow or to unfollow right.
I have experienced something like this . I always dislike to spend more time on cellphones more specifically Instagram . I am not suggesting to not at all use it .Even Now I used to spend 1 hr on Instagram . This might be less time for some people and appear as lotta time for some people But for me It's okay because I used to spend more time than this before But Not anymore That is what the power of 21/90 rule. It becomes my life habit. Maybe upcoming years I will try to decrement it with the help of 20/91 rule. Like this Many of us might have experienced.
So everyone use this technique to overcome your bad habit and cherish your good habit. It okay to make mistake but repeating it is idiotic right .So overcome with 20/91 rule and make it as your habit and change your lifestyle.
