In todays life style , most of the people got stucked into stress. And due to this stress everyone suffers from sleepless ness. From we all have to understand one thing that is when we feels so much of stress , our body needs some rest , which means we feel like sleepy. But no one will able to sleep at this time. Because eventhough we are in sleepy mood but our thoughts will repetedly swings in our mind and will not make us to sleep.This will create a great side effect and also a negative effect to our body.
So now come on friends let we see it clearly…. .
First try to have a better sleep. The better sleep you have will results in better life. Don't reduce your sleep time due to stress. Most of the time it is our thoughts that will prevent us from sleeping and not because of stress.
Stress plays a small role in it and due to our over thinking we experience a sleeplessness. If you sleep well your body can cope up your stress automatically. It is an inbuilt features of our body to handle stress.
Your brain and other process that happens in our body will help you to releive from the stress. But when we don't sleep. We are altering the natural chemical reactions happening in our body. Due to which many of your body parts including brain , heart , liver , kidney and many others are getting affected. Most people in order to divert themselves from the stress, they use to scroll mobile gadgets for longer period of time.
Due to this action your your insulin sensitivity ,decreases and there by your brain triggers irregular responses which makes you to eat erratically. Because of this stress eating habit is formed. Mainly the foods which you eat like junk foods is not nutrious and is loaded with sugar content. This is the root cause for diabetics and heart diseases.
So guys dont lose your sleep because of stress. Keep all your stress aside and sleep well. Take care of your mind and body. Don't interconnect stress and sleep. Let stress be there and try ti have a sound sleep even it is for 7 to 8 hours.
Guys I hope you like this blog. Really this the important issue out of all. Don't ever lose your sleep for anything. Keep your mobile phones aside and have a good sleep. By following this soon you will have a better and healthier life.
By doing all these you will handle stress better. Your mind and body will help you to deal with stress. Most of the people don't know this simple fact and many people are moving towards the disaster.
