• Can you guide me please ? 

                If you are a new commer to your office , to clarify your doubts ,you can use this sentence. 

• Where should I look for ? 

                  In search of anything related to you , you can use this sentence. For example , in search of any file or any project based issue , or in your system itself finding any data or in which department I should search for…. And for all these type of questions you can tell where should I look for ? In this look for signifies search. 

• Is there any procedure for that?

                   If we are going to any new companies or anything what we going to do anyway some procedure will be based on that , to ask that you can say is there any procedure for that ? 

• How should I reach them ? 

                    This sentence signifies how can I contact that person or how can I handle that person . For example, if someone says that ask in the HR department or that place or this place . So in that situation to contact someone , to call them , or mail them like this for any queries you can use this above sentence. 

• How should I apply for leave? 

                     In case if you are going to take some leave, how should I apply it or where and with whom should I apply for ? Because if you are a new one in your work place , there will be some certain procedures to apply for leave . For all this type questions you may use this above sentence. 

• Can you do me a favour ? 

                    If you need some help from someone you can use it there. Instead of asking like can you help me ? You can use this sentence as can you do me a favour . This is even more better and formal way to converse.
