Greetings!!!!

An upright guy and his spouse once owned a dog as a pet, which they used to feed fish and small morsels from their own kitchen. The dog accompanied the elderly people one day as they went to work in their garden and started to play. Suddenly, the dog stopped barking and started to vigorously wave his tail while saying, "Bow, wow, wow!"

The elderly brought a spade and started to dig since they reasoned that there had to be something tasty beneath the earth. Then, lo and behold! The location was brimming with gold nuggets, silver, and other priceless items that had been interred there. Thus, they amassed money by gathering the treasure and, after offering alms to the underprivileged, purchasing rice and corn farms for themselves.

The dog, who had previously only received kicks and handcuffs from his hosts, refused to eat any of the food that was placed before him. As a result, the elderly couple were irate and tied a rope around the dog's neck to lead him outside into the garden. But it was all for nothing because, even though he let them lead him wherever they might go, the dog remained silent. He was not going to "bow-wow" them.

But eventually, the dog came to a stop and started to sniff. They dug, believing that this must be the lucky spot, but all they discovered was a lot of filth and disgusting offal that they had to hold their noses over. The dog was slaughtered by the evil old couple, who were enraged at being let down.

The good old man went next door to inquire about the whereabouts of the dog he had lent, and the wicked old man replied that the dog had been killed and buried at the base of a pine tree. The good old man, overcome with grief, went to the location, laid out a tray containing delectable food, lit incense, and decorated the grave with flowers as he wept for his beloved pet.

After thanking him for all of his compassion, the dog appeared to the elderly man that night as he was soundly asleep in bed. The dog stated, "Cause the pine tree, under which I am buried, to be cut down and made into a mortar, and use it, thinking of it as if it were myself."

Following the dog's instructions, the elderly man constructed a mortar out of pine tree wood. However, when he crushed his rice in it, each grain of rice transformed into a priceless find.
When the evil old couple saw this, they came to borrow the mortar. However, no sooner had they tried to use it than all of their rice turned to dirt. This infuriated them so much that they destroyed the mortar and set it on fire.
