Formal English Sentences To Speak At Work Place...[part-3]

Hi friends πŸ™‚, welcome back to my new blog. My today's post is all about formal English sentences to speak at work place (part-3) …. Part-1 and part-2 of this topic I had given in my previous blogs. If needed you can go and check it.  Now let we just  into today's topic.

  • I'll let you know soon 

               When someone asks you any doubt or asking about the project details , usually your reply will be like  I will tell you ,  so yes friends stop saying like this anymore and instead of using this sentence just say I'll let you know soon. And when you  pronouncing like this your way of speaking will be very formal.

  • Kindly go through it 

                 Kindly go through it which means if you are sending any circular or invite , you are telling them to view it or read it fully . In this case you can use the sentence kindly through . nowadays most of the conversation are through online, we use to sending and receiving messages through those online facilities . By the time you can use like this sentence which is very polite and formal words to speak.

  • Keep an eye on it 

                  If you are having some project , to checking that project details , or to check whether on which level is the project is going on , and checking its status and checking the companies statistics  or else if any new commer checking their performance in work, so for all these kind questioning just tell or pronounce a sentence  keep an eye on it. Even if you have some doubts on some one , to check it out them you can also  use the same  sentence .

  • When is it going to get over 

               If you ask someone about when the meeting going to finish  or when the project or plan going to finish . To ask all these you can tell when is it going to get over ? When anything gets  completed mostly we the word finish. But instead of using it substitute a word get over. This will be even more polite and formal to hear. 

  • Let's meet after lunch 

                  Which means you can hold on your meeting after lunch. If  you are in any meeting by the time it's time to take your lunch at that time you can use let's meet after lunch. 

So friends all those above sentences which we seen now will really usefull to you. Using very polite and formal words in workplaces really gives great confident in you. To became very bright in your English speaking  levels do make use it….
