Today I would like to share about a mind full eatings in this blog.
Our ancestors have been teaching us this stuff already and it's the purpose for us and we should know about it. Do you know one thing?
If we do not eat mindfully ,there are four major diseases that can affect us and it has been proved. due to our hectic schedules like going to school and colleges. especially schools or moving to work everyday we eat at a fast pace.
But we should not be doing it ,if you do it you are more prone to Diabetics ,obesity and hormonal imbalances and deadliest cancer. To avoid all these diseases and to prevent ourselves from this disease , mindful eating is a best way to avoid these diseases. The one this you have to do that is , At least for 10 minutes you should sit calmly and eat .
Here are some tips ….. And now I am going to share with you a simple solutions to all this…
Before we start to work we are not prioritising the food that we eat and we do it as a chor ,we should not do it. Our human body is very important and we should eat mindfully and chew our food at least 10 times.
Second avoid drinking water while you eat.
Third one always keep in mind it is approved fact . Obese people have lost weight Due to mindful eating and it has been proved. Mindful eating is very simple and everyone can do it. At least sit for 10 minutes and eat.
And the third important point is avoid using cell phone or e-devices while you are eating. By using gadgets while eating, it will alter your brain Signals and your brain gets confused. Avoid watching TV or using cell phones while you eat. I think you should all eat mindfully in order to safeguard our health and body.
