Today I would like to share about nine important things that you need to get out of your head immediately.

OVERTHINKING THINGS 

Overthinking is first out of all you must pluck it out from your mind. That is it will completely dis -arrange our minds. Even for this kind of person it is very hard to solve problem. Even for small problem they react much more because of their overthinking.

BEING WORRIED ABOUT WHAT OTHERS THINK 

Don't force yourself towards others unwanted thoughts. If we see in our lives there are many problems for us face it. It may be a small or big problem anything it may be ……. So why don't we worry about others thoughts. 

LIVING IN THE PAST 

Often many of them forgot their present and lives in the past. Instead of being present they behaves completely towards past. We know that past is past. So what I want to say is that why to waste our valuable brain power on thinking about past which can't be bring it out back forever. Only one thing you can do from your past is just try to learn good things and leave out all your bad ones.

BEING JEALOUS 

Being jealous will  completely destroy your character. Rather it makes you in a negative state. Because a jealousy person will always look up into others . Simply to say don't be jealous of others , let be happy for them. Since it won't affect you on anything or you won't become less. Even want to say more that is when you avoid jealous and show off your happiness you will  become a great personality. So as much as try to avoid jealous.

NEGATIVE THOUGHTS 

Those negative thoughts will not make you to lead a happy life. Once you get into negative thoughts it will slowly destroy all your good ones. 

FEELING SORRY FOR YOURSELF 

If we see someone will be continously feeling sorry for themselves. It may be by their mistakes or any other issues which happened to them. Everything is beyond them. Instead of feeling sorry for yourself the best way that is you can improve yourself to figure out best in you….

INSECURITIES 

 Each and Everyone has insecurities. But there is some limitations in it. You should know where to keep your insecurities , but once you make it to dominate your thoughts is not a good thing.

COMPARING YOURSELF TO OTHERS 

Friends pls dont compare yourself to others. Remember you are completely  unique From all. When you compare yourself with others you are making yourself down. So stop comparing with others. Let be whatever we are……… that pays you best….

FEAR OR WORRYING ABOUT WHAT MAY HAPPEN 

Most of the time , these things never end up happening , so why worry about them. 

So friends, I think I'm right! Those above point must be completely vanished from our mind. So let we clean up all the dust from our mind and regrow a beautiful peacefull mind.
