One of the best organ which is called the skin helps us to protects from the affecting any types of germs. So that much the skin have its own ability to protect .so it's our duty to safeguard our skin.
We are going to be very crucious into this, and we cant able find the exact reason for any type of skin problems but skin problems like acne, rashes, pigmentation, ezcema ,psoriasis and rosacea are occurs.
,but before seeing external damages into skin ,why don't we see internal producers of the skin.
Yes im speaking about our daily consumption of foods , why I'm particularly saying is that ,
Imagine guys whatever we stucked into any skin issues , immediately we got striked by any external solutions for our skin but before searching solution for the external part we first be ready to rectify the internal parts. So that we get a better skin day by dayβ¦.
Four food that you should strive to avoid in skin problems.
4. Hot natured food.
We people shows more interest to eat any kind of spicy foods , mostly flavours like red chillies, peppers , salt , masalas , without all these flavours we can't imagine a nonveg foods, I mean curries. Even it will igniting the fire of digestion . But it may also cause some skin irritation, skin problems.
When you intake excess of salt it also may affects your skin. So you should have some limit of getting into spicyβ¦.
We all know about dry nuts , it has its own healthy effects of keeping heart and brain healthy. But you need to follow some procedures to eat those , do you know that direct consumption of these dry nuts also cause some kind of heating and dryness to our skin.
First when you taking some dry nuts , make sure to chew it properly. Of course not only nuts , whatever you are consuming first try to chew them properly. From this itself most of your foodie issues will be cleared.
Then, if possible always try to soak the nuts for a hours or overnight is enough to soak the nuts and eat the nuts. Nuts are best absorbed by the body when consumed in small quantities.
Other drying foods like green tea, black coffee and ice cold water ,extract the moisture of the skin and also hinder the production of collaggen.
Milk which is naturally cooling and oily for the body. Effectively beat the hot and drying nature of the tea and coffee to some extent.
Let me do some small changes in hot natured foods.
π£οΈ Cut the eating spices and use more of cooling spices.
π£οΈ Instead of using red chilli powders let's use black pepper.
π£οΈ Replace old Red chillies with green chillies.
π£οΈ Favour lemon pickle over mango and chilli pickle. .
π£οΈ Always soap the nuts before consumption .
π£οΈ Always try to add milk with tea and coffee to balance its heating and dryness
With all these you can make your skin better without compromising the taste of the foods.
