Give yourself a productivity boost by choosing a specific task to do for a specific amount of time.

Meditation is popular right now, soo there is lots of free information on how to effectively meditate.

Meditation is simple and effective, so educate yourself and get started.

3.Take Breaks 

Experiment with your break frequency and duration while working.

The option that works best for most people is either working 25 minutes and a  five - minute break or working 50 minutes with a 10- minute break.

See what works best for you and then stick to it .you can a timer to schedule your break times.

4.Avoid Temptation

Distraction is a difficult habit to overcome.

It feels good to go from bored or stressed to amused when we check an email or read a text .

It's important that you avoid these temptations during your breaks ,too.

Learn how to say “no” to your urges.

5.Alternate high and low-focus tasks.

Lower focus activities can include returning emails and calls or other routine tasks.

The lower focus activities give your brain a chance to rest and recover.

After you're ready for another round of more high focus activity.

6.Stay hydrated

Most people don't realize that they are partially dehydrated most of the time.

This can impair your ability to concentrate and make good decisions.

The solution is actually quite simple: you've got to drink plenty of water.

A large glass of water every couple of hours would make a difference in your productivity and focus.

7.Keep a positive mindset

If you want to be more productive, then develop a positive outlook on life.

Studies have shown that your mindset affects your productivity.

When you adopt a positive mindset , you will accomplish more each day.

8.Never gave up easily

Things not always go like you want or happen you expect.

Try to digest failure as well as success because failure also make you clear in many ways.

Not giving up is most strongest tool of productivity that help you to boost yourself in low phase of life or work .
