Rava And Coconut Sweet Recipes

Hello peoples… 

Today I would one of delicious, aromatic, rich, and mouth-melting south Indian sweet, That my grandma made for me today, it good I love it,  But I don't know the sweet name, so guys give the name of sweet in the comment,……

Let see how to make the sweet……

Simple sweet it takes 10 to 15 mins only, fewer ingedients only use and make the sweet. simple ingredients and less time to make this sweet, also healthy snacks in the evening time, 

Coconut have high in fiber, MCTs, maintain the good cordiac health, it helps fitness, improve the digestion, glowing, clear skin, promote hair growth, treat the stomach ulcer, increase the immunity, keep hydrated.

Normally coconut have more benifts, morning sickness, maintain blood pressure, the grind the coconut filter it  water seperatly the coconut water  benefits for pregnancy,  but science has yet to conclusively link it to dramatic health clams, nutrient for fetal development.

Ingredients

  1. Coconut-one cup
  2. Rava- one cup
  3. Sugar - half-cup(based on your taste)
  4. Ghee
  5. Milk(not necessary)

Preparation of rava sweet recipe

  1. Take one cup of Rava(50g), If you need more sweet add more Rava. Roasted or non roasted rava is fine.
  2. Add one cup of coconut(50g), equal to rava volume, each is the same quantity.
  3. Add 25g of sugar, 50g rava should add 25g sugar.
  4. All the ingredients are mix well using milk.

Make like a thick paste consistency, I'm using brown sugar if you want to use brown sugar also, keep it in the fridge or outside the room for 20 mins. if you want that dry graphs and bla bla…..u add it.

After 20 mins take the pan into gas keep the pan on low flame, or if you have an oven use it, follow the backing method

Add table spoon of ghee to pan transfer the mixture into the pan, spreed it over the pan, 5mm thickness.  never increase the flame,

After spreading the mixture spread the ghee, how much you want, if you don't want ghee to avoid it, use oil, or don't use any oil.

After 5 mins make the pice like triangle shape, or square shape, round, is your choice.

After 10 mins make sure it cooked well on one side, then turn the cake next side weight for 10 mins or before it cooked. The brown colour comes it means the cake was cooked well.

Cooldown it and then eat, it gives special taste comes after 24 hours, my granma seed to me,

don't preserve in the fridge, room temperature is fine for this dish.
