WHY IS OXYGEN IMPORTANT?
Oxygen is the natures gift for each and every living being in the world when we respect nature, it gives us healthy breathing but as you all know we the humans are exploiting the nature in various ways keeping in the mind to get name and fame in ones individual progress, example we are exploiting, nature in order to become a great architecture engineer ,or whatever the aim of one single person might be, all are on their ways to achieve their goals, whatever the drawbacks occur no one is aware of it,
In todays days every body are interested in making money and less interested to take care of their own health's , the situation what we all are facing that is the pandemic disease corona is because of our own mistakes but we still we blame on one another for the same , and hereby facing the lack of oxygen in ones own body ,now every one of us are looking for the progress of oxygen level, though one had chance to built their immunity by adopting natural practices being left for us by our ancestors we neglected the same and have lost the immunity, now a small virus is attacking us and we are helpless due to these negligence than too to survive we are hereby finding for the ways to develop our oxygen level so it will be quite better at least we realize our mistakes and adopt good natural practices to improve our immunity and even the oxygen level and here are some of the simple ways to gain the immunity and progress of oxygen level
01. First of all you breath fresh air and if possible then you plant trees as they provide us fresh air which is available in early morning ,as soon as you wake up try to see the greenery and breath fresh air so that you get enough oxygen throughout the day.
02. See that all of you practice yoga which is very much necessary in todays situation which helps us to gain both immunity health and oxygen altogether.
03. See that you consume heathy food which is easy to digest, give priority to vegetarian foods as far as possible, and consume plenty of water
04. If possible do meditation for at least 15 to 30 minutes a day.
