Tribal society today is struggling for progress. There are over 500 tribal ashram schools in the state. But, the student comes to that place only as a potter. Students come to the school hoping to get enough food at Nidan Ashram School as they are starving at home. But in ashram schools, students do not get daily necessities. Sexual exploitation of girls is an important and equally serious issue. Therefore, girls get education till Jemtem X. Because, the parents take the girls home out of fear. Since the school is in a remote area, the teacher only takes a salary by negotiating with the authorities. With few exceptions, children's health is neglected. The children are cheating but no administrative officer has the guts to solve these educational problems of the tribals. In the pre-independence period, Vinoba Bhave made a great contribution by launching the Bhudan movement to give lands to the landless under the banner of Sub Bhumi Gopalki. Today, government and forest lands need to be distributed to tribals and landless people. Officials of the forest department and the tribal department carry out harassing activities such as wasting time, missing files, giving vague answers. As a result, tribal agriculture is scarce and its development is not as it should be. He lives in economic hardship and poverty. Tribal farmers cultivate the crops of tribal farmers at negligible cost. Khawti lends very little. There are no water storage and irrigation facilities in the hilly areas. These schemes are not implemented. Therefore, the funds received are returned, otherwise they are squandered. The tribal community does not have work for four months. People migrate to the city after the rainy season and harvest. They live in open spaces in the city. They work for two to three hundred rupees a day. But even in city places, people are beaten by goons. Women were sexually abused. Even well-educated youths come to the city in search of work. There is no employment in their village. Even today many people are working under false caste certificates in the name of tribal society. The original is far from genuine tribal development. Today, there are over 160 tribal representatives in the country. But they are tied to the sway of various political parties. He wants to do something for the tribal people, but he cannot go beyond the wishes of the party leaders. (Of course, there are self-respecting people's representatives. Madhukarrao Pichad is a pioneer in this. In 2002, he has basically protected the true tribals by enacting the Caste Verification Act.) The various dialects, languages, traditions and customs of the tribal community have survived to this day. There should be ideological and cultural exchange. Because through such a cultural movement, the problems of human life and the solutions to them are discussed and plans are made. Today, the higher education class in the tribal society is looking forward, but many of them are unemployed. The government and tribal rulers have no data on this. The scourge of unemployment is not falling on these highly educated people, it is hurting them and leading them to poverty. Tribal rulers should show courage to see the suffering of their brothers. A resolution was passed at the Adivasi Sahitya Sammelan in Nashik, Nanded that a Tribal University should be established. That should happen. The government will not put anything in your position unless the tribal rulers raise their voice in this regard. Today, in tribal-dominated areas, a large number of non-tribal officials are working in the areas of education, revenue, forest department, irrigation scheme, employment guarantee scheme. Only a diligent officer honestly works in the tribal area. But economic, educational and social reforms are not taking place as much as they should be. Mr. Governor, only tribals need to be recruited in the tribal areas. In this connection, the Hon'ble Governor has also issued recruitment orders. But the recruitment process should be just as transparent. Otherwise there would be a field of recruitment.
