Those Best Days Of Mine

Hello beautiful souls and my companions . So  today I will be taking you to my fitness experience and my vision to it..

 

So it was 15 July 2021 when I entered into the new horizons of myself.So ,I was in the gym. From being a chubby girl to a fit one , I experienced a lot of positive changes in myself and in my life. Those were the best hours for my entire 4 months.. 

That feeling of extreme strength and pride when you see yourself all drenched with sweat is something else . It cannot be expressed in words but yes it is something that you will always tempt for. 

Over the span of one year , I have realized that what fitness actually mean. To be physically fit first you need to be mentally fit. To attain that physical strength , you need to pursue the mental peace and happiness .  Happiness is the core of fitness as you must have heard  "LAUGHTER IS THE MEDICINE ” 

Fitness is not only going to gym but to enjoy any activity which fills you with extreme peace, satisfaction and enjoyment. It can be swimming, a simple running, a fun talk with friends or just play with your children.I personally love the gym workouts. It helped me to recognize my own strengths and weakness and provided a chance to overcome it.

The ambience of the transition phase and the vision for ourself has motivated me a lot. It has shown me the practical proof of consistency and hard work,  whether it's on body or work field. 

The most peaceful experience was getting the good sleep at night. It was something that I was very happy about .  Good and deep sleep helps to improve hair health, rejuvenates the body cells and maintains immunity. 

What goes into your body, matters a lot. The main element of any workout or fitness routine is the “proper diet". The main struggle is not inside the gym but outside of it. Self control and the commitment to eat healthy and wisely is something that many people lack. The proper balance of diet and workout nourishes your entire system to the best. 

For me fitness does not need any time. It should be just consistent. No matter what time you are exercising or warming up, it gives you the same results. For some it's morning and for others it's evening. I have experienced the both morning and evening routines and found the same joy, energy and fire inside me .
