The second world war was fought between two groups  Allied powers and axis power. Germany, Italy and japan are axis powers and United kingdom, France and United state of America are allied powers.

Second world war starts at 1 September 1939 with German invasion of Poland. after the invasion of Poland, Britain and France declared war on Germany. Allied members Began navel blocked of Germany to damage economy and war efforts. and in response Germany deployed U boats against allied members. later it escalate war in Atlantic.

17 September 1939 at Soviets union invades Poland. And capture polish territory and Germany annexed central Poland, After that Hitler make public peace but the future of Poland will be decide by Germany and soviet union. the proposal reject by united kingdom and France. And Hitler take offensive action against France. Soviet union invaded Finland in 1939

In 1940 Germany invades Denmark and Norway and  protect shipments of iron ore from Sweden. On 10 may 1940 Winston Churchill becomes prime minister on the same day Germany launched offensive operation against France. Also attacks neutral nations Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Operation Dunkirk codenamed as Operation dynamo was evacuation of Allied soldiers during German France battle. This operation done after British ,French and Belgian forces were cut off and surrounded by German troops During six weeks of battle.
