Let me start by asking a simple question , do we always tend to stick to anything ( a feeling , a thing etc.) forever? I am sure that majority of us will say a no to this question. Whenever you are upset or going through a difficult situation ,the people around you will always cheer you up. But have you ever noticed that everyone will tell you to be positive, which is not actually wrong. It is important to stay positive in your life. But is it that important to stay positive every single time? I don’t think so, you can’t stay positive every single time in your life. Life is never going to be perfect, there will be times you will feel a lot of emotions. You will be going through a lot during the beautiful journey of your life. Life is all about experiences whether good or bad. Sometimes IT’S OKAY to feel sad ,tensed, stressed ,upset. IT’S OKAY to feel these emotions. They are a part of our life without which we are incomplete. There will be times when you won’t be feeling positive as you’ve been in many of the situations in your life and that’s completely fine because it will be meaningless to force yourself to be positive. Sometimes accepting the reality helps to get through the difficult times. There will be times when you will be feeling insecure, betrayed or being disliked. Feel these emotions don’t suppress or avoid them by just faking that your being positive. In these times your mind is just convincing your heart to be positive and ignore what you are going through, but your heart knows everything. These emotions ,these experiences are a part of us. Whether they are good or bad they will always teach you something about life and make you a stronger individual. Stop ignoring these feelings, emotions and start embracing them. Talk to yourself because you are your own best friend and no one can understand you better than your own self. Talk it out or cry it out just don’t suppress these and try to learn from them.These emotions might be hurtful and full of sadness but they are equally an important part of us as individuals. Suppressing them might make you feel relieved from sadness but it won't last long.Thus accept them and move on Lastly always remember,
