  • Polycystic ovary syndrome (pcos) is most common harmonal disorder in the women's of Reproductive age Childbearing age.
  • It is very large issue in harmonal imbalance due to this imbalance harmones, irregular periods, weight gain,and other problems are occurred.
  • This disorder distrup the women endocrine system that causes grow small cysts on their ovaries. The cyst themselves are not harmful but lead to harmonal issue.
  • Women's who has suffering form pcos their endocrine system was distrupt and increase the level of LH and level of insulin.
  • LH is secreted by ovaries and insulin secreted by pancreas. Also increase a level of male harmone testosterone which lead issue in show male characters in female e.g unwanted growth of hairs in face.
  • Women who have higher level of pcos that higher risks of heart disease, Uterine cancer, sleep apnea.
  • More than one million cases per year.
  • Its cornic can last for months and years or be lifelong.
Small cysts are developed in polycystic ovary due to imbalance of harmones

Symptoms

  1. Menstrual- Menstruation late upto 45 days, Abnormal menstruation, irregular periods, short and light menstruation.
  2. Weight- Obesity, Overweight, weight gain.
  3. Skin- Acene and oily skin.
  4. Also comman - depression , increase male harmone, loss scalp hairs and grow unwanted hair in face and other parts.

Treatment 

  1. Birth control pills for regularise period.
  2. Medication for reduce stress and healthy brain.
  3. Metformin prevent diabetes and control insulin level.
  4. Statins to control high cholesterol levels and increase fertility.
  5. Fertility drugs

Self care 

  1. Physical exercise
  2. Weight loss
  3. Yoga, medication
  4. Antidiabetic food
These food should be avoid

 

Fruit and vegetables which helps in PCOS 

Fruits - blue berries, strawberries, raspberries

Vegetables - spinach, broccoli cabbage, green lify vegetables, cauliflower, kale, beans and lentils.

Unsaturated fats- olive oil, nuts like pecans, avocado.

Grain- whole wheat, whole oats, quinoa, brown rice.

Proteins - eggs, fatty fishes.

You should avoid these strictly - white rice, dairy product, sugar and carbohydrates reach food.

Yes, we get pregnant Polycystic ovary syndrome is common harmonal condition in women. Women with pcos can struggle to become a pregnant and are at higher risks of developing complications during pregnancy.

However, by managing the symptoms, many women with pcos Can become pregnant and have a healthy baby. 

You will likely need to have moderate weight, balance your blood sugar levels, and treat others pcos symptoms with healthy lifestyle changes and medications that things will helping us to get pregnant.
