Hey guys, i am here to talk about sports. Sports is very essential for every human life which keep us fit and healthy. A sports person have a good personality and they are physically fit. Sports has the great importance in every field of a life.
Sports keep us fit and our all organs active and heart becomes more stronger by playing regular any kind of sport. By playing any kind of sport our life can also become better and free from many diseases. it improves our health and more amount of oxygen is supplies to our body. the bone strength of a sports person improves even in old age.
A person can also learn many things from sports. sports bring discipline in life it teaches us the way of talking, sitting, walking etc. without sports, the life becomes so bored, sports keeps our body active, fit and slim. sports reduces the stress of mind and improves the thinking ability. the person who are less active in sports have the more chances of getting diseases in early stage of life. sports builds confidence, helps to serve fair competition, improves mind and thinking capacity. so sports should be made mandatory in school, so that a child learn the benefits of sports at early age.
