Some Habits To Relief From Stress🌻

Follow these habits to make your life happy and healthy:

1.Drink more water:   Our body needs 75% of water but if we lack in drinking water then we feel stress, tiredness,laziness etc. To avoid this drink more water. Male should drink 3.5litres of water/day and female should drink 2.5litres of water/day. 

2.Sleep in a dark room:Because if you close your eyes , it produces melatonin it makes us to sleep. Our skin too produce melatonin and gives message as sleep  but if we sleep in light then what happens is? Skin gives messages to brain as donot sleep but eyes gives message to brain as sleep. Due to this only we are losing our sleep so sleep in a dark room to get a deep sleep.

3.Improve the brain function: first do this: Increase neuron counts by learning some new words or new language daily and write it in your less dominant hand that is if you are right handed person then write that new word in your left hand similarly if you are left handed person then write the learned new words in your right hand.

4.Increase blood circulation:

  Do exercises daily or walk for            10 mins daily as an routine. 

Brain needs 20% of blood                   circulation because it takes                 Oxygen and glucose from blood         and then controls the whole                 body and also controls                           memory functions. 

5. Eat more antioxidant foods:

After aging we lose memory power, to solve this problem eat nutritions.

Eat blueberry,strawberry and one piece of dark chocolates. These things are rich in antioxidants.

But in our country these berries are costly so instead we can eat vegetables and fruits like neeli, jamun(navul pazham), beans.

6. Reduce stress:

donot see phone for longtime as your eye gets affected because phone radiates blue light which is not good for eye it takes all our sleeps and eyes gets irritation.

But we all addicted to phone in this generation so cannot avoid using it but there is another solution I have that is turn on read mode on your phone which shows some orange-brown colour. Now you can use phone to watch your favorite cartoons or anything.

To be stress free I'll say some tips:

  1. Smell some Fragrance like coconut oil,lavender oil which gives some relaxation and calm.
  2. Go out and play some games like ⚽️ football, throwball, shuttle etc.
  3. If you keep on get some negative thoughts then do this, take a paper write all your negative thoughts and stress and then throw it away. Now you will feel relax.
