What is Mantra? we will also see the most important mantra of zenyoga. Every religion has some mantras. we have been taught various type of mantra eg gayatri mantra etc. I have repeated many mantras as my parents forced me to do so. it doesn't gave any results but i was hoping for the good results and peace of mind. Do you know what is the purpose of life and birth? There are few mantra that i am going to discuss and one who understands these mantra then no one can stop him from spiritual growth vice versa one who dont understand this mantra will not going to grow spiritually even after repeating several other mantras. Following mantra will guide to enrich your life and every single mantra is a teacher in itself. so here is the first mantra as below.
Do you know what is mantra? i will tell you suppose you are in jungle and you want to get out of that jungle because you are lost. Mantra is like a narrow road between the harvesting land that will lead to your destination. we all are lost in our day today activities. We have five senses eyes, nose, mouth, skin, ears. we are lost due due to this senses. from morning to evening we are slave of our taste/food, our eyes lead us somewhere, we are lost in parties, lost in watching movies, lost in our career, lost in fighting in our relationships. why i am using lost because ultimately we are loosing our age and we will die. so one should not die like this. Even if someone died at the age of 85 is still a unsatisfied soul. what should be our end? the ultimate state or spiritual state. so mantra is a two line on which you will walk. understanding means knowing the purpose of things. understanding is not our belief example if you saw a movie and herione in that movie went to paris. you saw an advertisement on tv stating the purpose of your life is to enjoy your life or go to world tour so you set your purpose to go on a world tour due to this advertisement or movie. This is not your purpose but you have made it your purpose after watching it somewhere. dont follow any master blindly because a true master does not control over his disciple.
