Hii friends, assalamualaikum….hope you all are fit n fine. I m writing blogg after 4 or 5 months later, got so busy in work today I got the time to write….so today I am discussing about PCOD or PCOS Is called polycystic ovary syndrome this is now very common problem in women's is caused by an imbalance of reproductive hormones. This happens because of poor lifestyle.
This is very common problem find in women of reproductive ages. Many women's are not even aware of this disease called PCOD. I m writing this blog today to make every girl aware of this so that if you are suffering from pcod, now you can cure this with little change in your lifestyle. There is no permanent cure or medicine for this but this can be managed by Some lifestyle changes. PCOD is not preventable but it can be managed.
Start taking a high fibre protein rich diet. Fully stop eating junk foods like pizza ,burger ,pasta biscuits n all anything that is made up of maida. Eat lots of fresh fruits and leafy green vegetables, Fresh juices. Having high levels of insulin is believed to increase androgens in women with PCOS and worsen your risk of complications. With a well-balanced diet, you can help manage your PCOS. Eat pcod- friendly foods like spinach, almonds, broccoli and Avocados.
Exercise is very good for a healthy body. And have a positive effect on PCOD. It not only helps in weight loss Also reduces the testosterone concentration in your blood.
Many kinds of exercise help women with pcod. Best types of exercise that you can do regularly is yoga, aerobics, cycling, swimming, and leg squats, and daily Morning walk and stress less.
You can try some Herbs for treating pcod. Tulsi, or holy basil is also called queen of herbs it helps in reducing blood sugar and prevent weight gain. Licorice root The root of licorice plant contains compound called glycyrrhizin which has several unique properties works to help metabolize sugar and balance hormones.
