Hii friends actually I have some kind of tension in my life from past days so I can't write any blog I try but I really can't now I understand that if you don't have concentration or feeling for doing something you can't give your best for those work this is what I learn with my experience.
Really when you have some kind of tension in your life you don't want to do any work you don't feel good you don't want to talk to anyone you just feel like to live alone and just want to think about your problem and start thinking worst situation which can happen because of that problem. You don't want to eat food even your favourite things you don't want to eat because you don't kind a feel like eating you don't want to do anything and it doesn't matter that even if those are your favourite thing to do. You some kinda of close your heart door or prohibited people to come closer to you and ask anything with you. You don't want to share not because you don't want it just you don't want to give them your tension and don't want that they also go through with same emotions from which you are going through. You feel like you alone can handle this situation and you only have to bear all those result which comes afterwards.
But we forget that because of our this situation our family or friends are worried about us it doesn't matter if we say something to them or not, they kind a see our robe and can feel how we go through and want us to share with them so that they can do something for us because they also don't wanna see us like this it also hurt them to see us to go through tough situation like this they also kind a feel helpless for can't help us they want us to share our all thought or our feeling or problems which bother us so much which effect us at that level that we start forgetting ourselves and loosing our identity
It's totally upon us if we want to share and feel light or if we don't want to share and just loosing everybody which is close to us.
