I can see how candlemonk friends so hard to collect point so they are writing more and more blogs but just writing doesn't give you point you have to view other blogs also and tell them that they read your blog also. Because now the value of view is more for points and when you view others blogs at that time you are also collecting gems which you can convert into points. So please do this it is beneficial for you more. So without any further delay let's start with today's topic.

I  shared this in my previous blog also that certificate are more valuable which is very much true. Unemployment is the biggest issue now and in my opinion everyone  is agree with this because they are all facing this in their life. 

But sometime it is show and sometimes it is hidden like in farming where in one farm there are full family involve and it sees like everyone is doing work and noone is unemployed but if you see carefully then you know that there is no need of involving full family you can also call it prachhan berozgari ( hidden unemployment).

Like there are so many types of unemployment here. And this is the reason people want to do any type of job at any amount. There comes any sectors work start they know that how much today's people need jobs so they start giving them job at very low salary. People have to do this job because that sector or we also know that if we don't grab that job then there are so many people who are in queues to grab that chance.

Sector are now try to give job to freshers and it doesn't matter to them how they work and they even can't give time anyone to understand work or give training to then. Who are more effected by this is experienced people because they also have to do work in low amount because if they are say no at that amount then they easily can appoint ot find another new or needy person who perhaps take place of that person. This  starts decreasing the value of that post and it become good situation for the sector.

The unemployment is increasing day by day and it can be so difficult for new generation or experienced people also to live in this environment and inflation.
