Dishes Of Himachal Pradesh Series
Hii guys i am sitting with my mom and talk about what i write for my blog which is make my candle friends Know something new about himachal pradesh and i find out that i should tell all of you about here's some dishes so that you can try at this your home and enjoy the flavour of hills and make you feel like you are at hill station i start some dishes series so that is why i am telling you some local dishes which is you commonly known by every local house in himachal. So let's start without further delay.
Firstly i am Going to tell you about the ingredients so that you can arrange all this and then start the ingredients are below:
- Flour
- Ghee
- Water
- Jaggery
- Coconut
- Fennel recipe :- first you have to take either cold or hot water in frypan which have some depth. Then you have to take jaggery and then mix both water and jaggery and mix them till the jaggery got fully dissolve in water. Then take another utensil and put flour in it. And put those mixture of jaggery and water which you make earlier with the help of sieve so that no dirt go in flour. And then put some fennel in this mixture. And mix all of them together and make thin slurry of them and please carefully see that there is no knob in this mixture. And then cover this mixture for one and half hour. And take a wide wok and put it on stove and on the gas after it become hot put ghee on it and wait for ghee to become hot. Then start mixing those water and jaggery slurry. After when ghee become hot then take a big spoon and full it with mixture and put into wok and make a circle like roti after it çook from one side it look like red then flip it on other side and after it çook from both side then take out from wok and take out all extra ghee from it and grind some coconut on it and it is ready. After writing full blog i realise that i didn't tell you the name of this dish it is called ‘ pude’ by local. It is make at all program of Himachal and it is loved and famous in himachal.
