Are You Really Depressed At This Age ?

So what do you exactly understand by the word - DEPRESSION ? a mental disorder, a person's feeling, emotions, loss, pressure or tension and so on. In real, it is a situation where a person can feel all of above mentioned words. Depression is the mood disorder, may be described as feeling of sadness, loneliness or anger which overpowers a person's capability of thinking in a good way. It definitely lowers thinking capacity, capacity of doing anything in the world and even lower down moral of an individual.

People don't know what depression can exactly turn out to be.

Nowadays a lot of minors suffering from some sort of sadness, loneliness and some problems and name them as depression. Depression at such young  age is obviously dangerous not only for them but for their families and friends as well.

Conditions even get worse due to depression which includes :

  • Cardio vascular diseases
  • Obesity
  • Ill mental health
  • Alzheimer
  • Lack of sleep

Depression can be happen from any reason vary from person to person because everyone has its own problems or reasons.

There are also few types of depression , two of them are mentioned below-

Major depressive disorder 

  • Severe form of dipression
  • Persistent feeling of sadness, loneliness and worthlessness.

Persistent depressive disorder

  • dysthymia
  • milder but chronic form of depression
  • low self-esteem loss of interest in normal daily activities.

Question is that how can you deal with depression -

Look you can still beat depression if you seriously and whole heartedly want to, just be focused and dedicated.

Meditation is a free but not a full fledged option as it has some non wanted major effects on health. So you can not some options which don't have any side effect on your body and mind.

First comes first is MEDITATION - which is the most useful, trusted and old way to get rid of depression.

being EXTROVERT 

Talking to people with full heart and open mind will help you to make a lot of friends and enable you to share stuffs which leads you to the path of depression.

EXERCISES 

Exercising on a daily basis enables you to release your stress and get in touch with yourself.

visualising happy MEMORIES 

Visualise your good old memories which force you to feel happy all the time.

  TRAVELING 

Traveling is one of the great way to fight with your problems and get yourself some good time and enjoy the world.

make PLANS and GOALS 

What you want to be in future, what are your goals. Just make plans and do work on it.
