After a long time I has my business trip.I had been to Ahmedabad due to personal reason on my way back to my home town Vadodara I decided to meet my dealers in Nadiad.

The day started by a call from my dealer inquiring about my exact time of arrival. Started of around 9:40 a.m. from my in laws house. 

Reached Nadiad around 11:20 a.m. as per estimated time. I meet new customer with whom I had actually arranged the meeting when first lockdown was there in 2020. We finally could meet in person. What I liked about the customer had a passion for work and  in depth knowledge of the product though he had taken over business just 4 years ago. They have a good rapport in market . We had a nice chat for almost 2 hours. He gave me initial order which we dispatched immediately.

Then we parted ,I had my lunch in Car which I had packed from Ahmedabad. Then I met my old dealer with whom we were not doing business since past 4-5 years. Discussed about products and informed him about our new pricing structure. He looked positive . Lets see what future holds.

Then I met Raj Ratna Electrical our old dealer. Discussed current scenario. One issue resolution was pending so he was not giving order which I solved and bingo he was on board again.

After a while I met Vishwakarma Electrical and Lighting .One brother is heading electrical division while other is heading lighting division. We did business few years back but lost touch. I introduced to them our new product line and pricing. We had discussion for almost 1 hour .Showed him some of our USP products which they promised to order once need arises.

By 5:15 I left Nadiad for Vadodara. The scenic beauty was enchanting and my entire tiredness was gone . Paid surprise visit to my ware house around 6:15 and then  reached home by 6:45.

We are in lighting and fan business since 43 years but what we learnt during lockdown is beyond imagination. Hope we could make most of it. My goal is now clear to give best product at most affordable rate with reasonable profit because what you give to society comes back to you . This is the law of Karma.Hope for doing meaningful contribution and looking for more sales trip.
