Hello im shahzu and im going to tell how i quit smooking in 2019 i started smoking becouse all my friend are smoker and im not and one day my friends force me to smoke so on that day first time i smoke in my life and every day i smoke and i can't realise im adducte and 2020 im stell smooking the i realiez i feel breathing problem doing workout and running i feel low and if i dont smoke 1 day i feel dulness hole day so i go and meet one of my famly doctor and i tell every think how i stard smoking and how i feel and he give me some advice and mecdicin but i can't stop smoking .
Because in my famly on one smoke my father and my all brother's can't and they don't know i smoke and i can't tell them how i feel but i decited to tell one of my close bother and he told my he going to help to how to stop smoking.
After 3 day's he come to me and he ask my how to i smoke in one day i tell him 7 or 8 time in a day so he calculate what time i smook and how much i smook in one day and he give me some adevice to quit smoke
And he give me one pappar one that papper he right how much i smoke in one day and slowly slowy how to stop smoking and i follow that adevice this is he told me on that papper this is the notes.

I smoke 8 time in a day and i started fell so low energy and then one day i decited i quit smoking i make calculate.
I smoke 5 in a day and after 5 day's i smoke 3 and after 5 day's every day and after 2 weeks i stop smoking and now i feel so good and when my friend's told me to smoke i tell them no i can't and i tell all of them to stop smoking and now i fell anargy and fell so good i do havey workout that way i quite. If i can do that every one can do that
