“COVID19” word itself is scary. 2020-21 is such a bad phase in most of our life. People became victims of this disease. We lost so many people. Here i narrate u how covid is a boon and curse in my life.
So Guys i hope all are doing good and healthy. Please stay home stay safe.
First let me tell you how it is a curse in my life.
CURSE :- So in Feb 2020 i delivered a princess and in March the pandemic began. My hubby who was working in Malaysia had flew to Italy on his project. And guess what, during that time Italy was facing nightmares of covid. People were literally suffering there. And my hubby was stuck. My hubby had cold, fever, throat pain and every symtom of Covid, but unfortunately in that unknown country there were no doctors available to attend him. After 24 hours he got a call back from a doctor and suggested him to take a paracetamol. He was continuously taking steam may be it was because of that he could recover fast. And March 12th(the last international flight) ,after fighting with his senior to get him back,he finally reached airport to fly back to Malaysia. But by that time Malaysia had already closed their doors for Indians. We were all crying and praying just to get him back to India. As it was connecting flight, he boarded flight to Dubai, and by that time a miracle happened. My hubby was offered tickets to get back to India. My happiness had no bounds. After so much of struggle he was finally coming back. Next day he reached Bangalore and he was taken directly to hospital from airport authority as he had cough. He was kept in isolation ward with other patients which was so scary. We somehow shifted him to other ward. And yes all this he was facing all alone as we all were at home. Luckily his report came negative and he was sent back with 30 days of quarantine. We thought all got sorted out. He can work from home now. But fate will never let it happen. He couldn't go back and he lost his job which he had dreamt for years. Our life shattered. Our savings slowly vanished. He was at home for 8 months. But all this did not shatter our confidence nor our will power. Instead it made us strong.
Blessing :- As he was at home for longer period he got to spend time with our little one. He enjoyed being with her. And even i felt more happy seeing both. After trying long he finally got placed in a reputed firm in India itself. That was a bit of Relief to us.
This pandemic taught us so many things. Isn't it?? Most importantly it gave us time to spend with our family which we never had. From Ramayana to Mahabharata all were so keen watching it together with family.
This was all about first wave.
Second wave hit even harder.
Will be continued….
