Life is so strange . Have you ever thought of it ? You are so busy in your life that you do not realize how much chaos is going on around . I am not talking about the rush that is outside there , but I am trying to bring your attention towards the disturbance and confusion that goes on inside the head. We all have become so dedicated towards our routines and tasks that we ignore taking out some time for ourselves . I must say this , Whoever has discovered the concept of “ ME TIME “ , is the best thing ever , according to me . We genuinely need to apply this concept in our daily lives and routine . Peace of mind , calmness and smooth functioning of mind is what is needed in this world of rush .
Try to take as much care of your mental health as you do for your physical health . Mental well being should be kept on the same level as physical . It keeps you healthy from inside, which helps you during your bad phase of life , where things go wrong and you feel helpless. It is about the feeling and thought process that pops up , when you confront the ups and downs in your life. It is true, that it's not that easy to feel good and positive all the time . Because odd things do happen , and it happens very often . One moment you were happy and the next moment you got to experience something ill. And this is what life is about. Light and dark, White and black , Old and new , Happiness and sorrow , Good and evil .
There are lots of things that happen to us, which in turn affect our mental state . Be it in childhood or adulthood , the void that occurs in our head remains forever , and affects our upcoming days , if we don't handle it wisely. I know what a bad phase looks like , when you lose someone , when you get separated from someone , when you do not get the result that you had expected , when someone said something ill to you or your family , or when you feel so helpless and there is not any ray of hope out there. But, it’s you only , who is going to make it right . This is the time when you need that inner strength , and this strength would only show up when you had trained your mind in that way . Now is the time when it will work , whatever you have done to make your mental well being good.
So, it does not happen suddenly that you become stronger enough to cope up with the down phases of your life. You need to process that when you are in a good situation . Be always ready before the time, for the odd days . Train your brain to act accordingly. It would only be possible when you achieve that level of calmness and have that control over your mind. When things change , try to manage them , feel confident and blessed about what you have already , build positive and sound relationships , and do at least one or two productive things daily.
Take out some time for your “ ME TIME “.
