Here are some of my favorite tips for success.

Goals should be long term and set small goals along the way. This allows you to break large goals into manageable, bite-sized chunks.
Stick to your plans:
Sticking to your plan is the key to successful weight loss. You should eat healthy, drink plenty of water and exercise regularly. Grab a snack, plan ahead when you go out, and find an activity you love, like walking, running or biking, to keep you motivated.
Avoid diet:
Trend diets are designed to help you lose weight quickly, but they are unsustainable and can be dangerous. Health and fitness is about making lasting lifecycle changes that you can stick to. A sustainable diet is the best, so find something good for your body and get on the road to success.
Get support:
What better way to stay motivated than to surround yourself with like-minded people ? Hearing how others have achieved success can give you confidence in your weight loss goals. Plus, you're less likely to break your diet. If someone else promises to hold you accountable.
Be consistent:
One of the most important tips for successful weight loss is to be consistent. Starting a new diet or exercise can feel like you're stuck and nothing is working, but it's important to stick with it. Continously lead to result!!
