How to use:
Type 1: Take 2 tablespoon of toasted flax seed, add to ½ cup of boiled milk, add 1 tsp of honey, add ½ cup of hot water, mix well and take before bed.
Type 2: Take the flax seed and soak it for 2 hours. Take half a cup of cottage cheese and mix it with water. Grind the soaked seed mixture well with the curd mixture. Drink this once a day.
Type 3: Take the flax seed and toast it in a frying pan without oil for 2 minutes. store in an air-free container to avoid bacterial growth. We also accept storage in the refrigerator. You can use 1 tsp of the ground mixture whenever you prepare foods such as dal, white rice, side dishes, etc., You can also sprinkle flex seed powder on salads.
2. For hair growth
Take an appropriate amount of flax seed according to the length of your hair. Take 3 glasses of water, add flaxseeds suitable for your hair length, boil the water with seeds for 10 to 15 minutes, when the water turns into a thick jelly consistency, turn off the heat. set aside to cool, then apply to the scalp. Then gently massage for 10 to 15 minutes and leave on for up to 2 hours before washing off with a mild shampoo or conditioner.
3. For Skin
This seed is good for your skin as well as your body. They contain lignans and antioxidants that help firm the skin and prevent sagging skin. It also contains fatty acids that nourish, moisturize and moist the skin. Flaxseed is a superfood and has been dubbed the “life rejuvenating” seeds because it helps nourish our bodies from both the inside and out.
