Don't Diet And Exercise For Fitness

Hey there!!!

I am back with some interesting facts and plans for your fitness.

You must know that we all should love ourselves as we are. But getting fit doesn't sound bad. Then, how are you going to begin your fitness journey. Let's see what should the people of different categories adopt to stay fit. 

  1. Those who want to lose body fat :- They must start just by doing exercise and not dieting. Because if you will do both at the same time at once, your body won't be able to handle it. And in most of the cases, people feel weakness and blood deficiency. You should start with exercising few minutes or half an hour in a day and slowly increase the level of exercise. 
  2. Those who are fit but want to become slim:- You must keep in mind that the next step you should take is to become muscular instead of becoming slim. But still if you want to become slim, you can try dieting. Dieting doesn't mean that you are going to give up on all edible and tasty items. Dieting means trimming the extras from your daily routine. You must start eating all the items. Don't leave carbohydrates and fats alone, they are also a part of nutrient family and the most important too. Take care that you don't get weaken  during dieting. If you are dieting and exercising both at the same time,then it can harm your body. Because you are already fit and using away all the energy you got from food in exercising can affect you seriously. My sister has done the same and she is suffering from body weakness. So, please don't try that.
  3. If you are fit and want to become muscular:- You must keep your diet same as before but can increase the level of exercise. Instead of increasing time limit you can start doing harder exercises. You can follow professional influencers and dieticians on YouTube or other platforms. But remember, at least for 1 month follow the same creator. And try not to change your exercises or influencers frequently. It will give you stability and better results.

Some creators are :- Chloe Ting, Pamela Reif, Beer Biceps….you can search for others too but I prefer Pamela for 3rd and 2nd group and Chloe for 1st and 2nd group.
