So our recipe name is New soya chunk snack with tomato garlic chutney. You can make it for your kid's breakfast meal. This recipe is not just healthy but tasty also and kids also like it very much.
So let's start
First, take a pan and put 1 cup soya chunks, 3 medium tomatoes(mark a cross sign on top of tomato), 2 medium size onion(cut 4 big pieces), garlic ΒΌcup, 5 whole green chilies,
All the ingredients ready for boiling add 1L water and. Start boiling. Then add 1 small Tablespoon of salt during boiling. After first boiling covers the pan and boil 2-3 minutes extra for making all ingredients soft. Then remove the water. Don't throw away water this water will be used in soup.
Then separate soya chunks and put all ingredients in the mixer with some ginger pieces. Remove the boiled tomato skin. Mix all the ingredients except soya chunk in a mixer.
This became a paste.
Now we make chutney so take a pan and put 3 tablespoons of oil. Add 5-6 garlic cloves, ΒΌtbs asafoetida, 1 small spoon of cumin seeds, then cook it properly and add our paste. It doesn't take much time because all ingredients are already cooked. Then we add some spices 1Β½ small spoon salt, 2tsp red chilly powder. Mix it probably and cook for 2-3 minutes. After that in the end we add 1 spoon of lemon juice and remove the pan on the heat. Our chutney is ready.
So now we prepare Nutella. Put soya chunks in a mixer and make a coarse type paste. Put it into a bowl and add some vegetables which give us many health benefits. So take 1 grated carrot, 1 finely chopped medium size onion, 1 ginger piece, 2 finely chopped green chili, 2 tablespoon coriander leaves, 8-10 curry leaves, 1 medium grated potato, Β½ cup Dahi, Β½ tsp roasted cumin seeds, Β½ tsp red chili powder, ΒΌtsp turmeric powder, 1 TSP salt, and add 1 cup semolina (suji) for binding. Mix all of them and add some water for making better consistency. Left for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes add 1small spoon of ENO/ meetha soda.
Take a pan brush it with oil/ghee and heat it and put in some sesame seeds. Then put 2spoon soya chunk paste in the pan and spread it and made a chapati-like structure. Soya takes some time for cooking so cover it for up to 1 minute and change the side and cook it.
Serve it hot with the chutney and enjoy a healthy and tasty breakfast.
