After a break here I am.
So, death is very normal and invertible process. Ok let's just not talk about death, let's just talk about thought of lossing our loved one. The person around whom our whole life exist, one day we just loss that important part of life.
Hurting. Isn't it?
Just a thought hurts you like this, what if it's real?
Yes it's very normal to be hurt, but what if we take this in positive way?
Ways to cope up with death -:
3) Have a funeral that speaks thier personality -: best way to praise them is to have a funeral which shows their personality that how much that person is important to you or what he/she matters you.
4) continue thier legacy - best way to give them space in your life after they leaves you.
5.) Continue to speak about them -: another way to recall them time to time. Just talk about thier good impact on your life with your loved one. Talk about how thier existence matter to you.
These are the ways which will help you to overcome from the sorrow of lossing your loved one but what if we make the best memories when they are alive.
Look, in this era we all are so busy with our work, daily life, tantrums so that we just forgot to spend time with our family, our grand ones, and after they quit we miss them alot.
So do spend time with those who makes your life complete, happy and cheerful so that after you lose them or they lose you, thier will be more memories than regret.
