Increasing the application of artificial intelligence in every gamut of human interaction and activities may cause job losses in the existing domains, to be replaced by better job opportunities in the future. Robots may take over many jobs which is primarily repetitive In and less creative in nature. those who lose jobs to machines may find better job opportunities in emerging areas. Re-skilling and up-skilling by de- learning and re learning are critical for getting employed in the emerging jobs landscape.

Industrial revolution 4.0 begin with artificial intelligence based on information communication technology (ICT) Application. artificial intelligence (AI)  enable’s machine to perform intelligent tasks like human. Artificia intelligenc    mimic human intelligence through computer programs and perform machine learning, deep learning using data gathering data processing with accuracy, efficiency and speed.

Scientist Stephen Hawking and Elon musk have predicted  artificia intelligenc (AI )Infinity potential can not only pause a threat to jobs but even human existence, is AI Research is not effectively controlled and redirected to serve humanity. Artificia intelligence  revolution will affect low-income workers. new jobs will create, but many existing jobs will be taken over by robots.

Every time when technology advanced, say over 120 years ago, Ford’s automobile assembly line emerged, the vehicle drawn by horses had to go away. New technologies, jobs at fuel stations, repair shops, and automobile marketing and dealership came in. history is full of examples when technology transitions created uncertainty to mankind.

The government must adopt some appropriate policy intervention to solve the problem relating job losses, wage, labor participation, economy growth, boost people incomes and ensure development and welfare of the people. Right education and skilling can only find proper occupation. you must be empowered to take over new jobs. jobs in production, transportation and construction jobs may get automated. New jobs for women may emerge in health care and education. Career counseling, education and training in relevant skills can provide jobs to the displaced workers and provide financial support. Increased Investment in AI , And related technology will generate new job opportunities, Increased economic productivity and social welfare,  if proper policy interventions are in place and the youth are empowered by reskilling and up this killing in the emerging jobs due to advent  of artificial intelligence and related technologies.
