Hi Comrades

Traveling makes you feel the niche of place the beauty the main experience fundamentally lies in the traveling and one of inspired travel is not on own vehicles but in by train

Ooty Toy Train

The enchanting hills of Ooty have always been cherished by travel lovers. Ridding the classy toy train through the picturesque hills is a stape on bucket schedules of many crunched by the voyage bug. Extensively to the enthusiasm of travel lovers, the toy train service in Ooty was resumed at the end of last month after a gap of two months.

India's inheritance train, The Nilgiri Mountain Railway, which operates the train services to Ooty, is one of the oldest mountain railways in India.

Taking in the sights at a leisurely pace, The 46km train journey is from Mettupalayam, which is 330m above sea level, to Ooty, which is situated 2200m above sea level. Ooty, the capital of the Nilgiris district, is also known as Udagamandalam. The cliff town has long been one of the most popular honeymoon destinations in India. That’s why there is never an available seat on the toy train.

As it runs at an average speed of just 10.4km in an hour, the toy train is regarded as the slowest train in India. The train journey stretches up to 4.5 hours to cover the distance of 46km. The toy train passes through 16 tunnels, 250 bridges, and 208 curves.

The Nilgiri Railway is the only cliff railway in south India to services daily. One pair of trains operates services on this route every day.

The tickets will be in very high demand during the season, holidays, and weekends. The toy train journey is inclined feasible only if you book the tickets at least 2 or 3 months in advance.

Doddabetta Peak

Doddabetta is the highest integrity peak in the Nilgiri Hills, at 2637 meters (8650 feet). There is an earmarked forest area around the peak. It is 9 km from Ooty, on the Ooty-Kotagiri Road in the Nilgiris District of Tamil Nadu, South India. It is a popular tourist recreation. The Chamundi Hills can be viewed from the peak. There is an observatory at the top of Doddabetta with two telescopes usable for the public to relish the spectacular picturesque view of the whole district.

Dolphin Nose

Dolphin’s Nose perspective is a spectacular tourist spot situated 1550 meters above sea level. It’s spectacular to move to Dolphin’s nose viewpoint through hairpin bends, a tea plantation.

Tea Factory,

You can smell the aroma of the fresh tea leaves as shortly as you near the place. I love how machines purify the fresh tea leaves and package them. There’s also a shop where you can buy the tea processed at the factory. They also provided tea prepared from the freshly processed leaves and it tastes amazingly well pungent. This is a promising place to exhibit to the children as well and I’m sure they’d be excited.

Never Ending place for its beauty goes on and quite a big place to explore
