Mangoes are a tropical fruit that can be found growing on trees in places like southern Florida and southern California. Mango production in India is the highest in the world. Antioxidants such as vitamins C and A are crucial. Mangoes are higher in vitamin C when they are green than when they are ripe, but as they ripen, they become higher in vitamin A.

About 165 calories and over 70% of the daily recommended intake of vitamin C are included in one cup of sliced mango, which enhances iron absorption, protects cells from oxidative stress, and boosts the immune system. 

Mangoes are low in fat, and they also help you feel fuller for longer because to their fibre content.

If they peel the skin of the mangoes while wearing gloves or have someone else do it for them, people who are allergic to Thursday oily material could still be able to consume mangoes. Experts says that since each person's allergy severity is unique, it is best to consult a doctor to find out what you are most at risk for.

One of the most well-known tropical fruits is the mango. Mangifera is a powerful antioxidant, anti-lipid peroxidation, immunomodulator, cardiotonic, hypotensive, wound healing, antidegenerative,  and antidiabetic compound. It is a Polyphenolic antioxidant and glucosyl xanthone.
