Does Our Resolutions Really Work??

Setting up resolutions that won't work is the major fault we do to ourselves. Not only on Newyear but daily we have resolutions and goals to accomplish. It's a daily process. When we make resolutions, we must take ourselves in priority. What exactly we want to do,think in advance how we are going to accomplish it. Make a plan and work on it.

But, there comes a time when we feel moody, stressed out and more... Feels like need someone to uplift us.. To make us motivated and help us back on track. Clean up your moods!!!! You know, the truth is, no one will come to help until and unless you choose yourself, because only you know where you are lacking and what action you must take to feel good. And when you realise that, there comes the power to bounce back and be on track.

Even, I too have resolutions for life. That's what makes me a better person everyday. I choose to live with a good mindset. Positivity is the key.
Let me share with you few of my resolutions that I'm working on 

  • Write a journal everyday
  • Workout daily
  • Read for 30 mins a day
  • Have a cup of green tea
  • Be a professional at work

At the beginning like others, I was so energetic to start my day with the above mentioned routines , but on the other hand, I lacked my consistency.Two three days went off. Then I was so lazy and find it difficult to continue. After about one week I just went through my journal, realized where I was lacking, made some changes in the plan and started again. Also, I use to read motivational, self development books to keep myself motivated at times. 

Actually there is no fault in taking a break when our body needs. Take time and then be back again with a fresh start. 

It is our responsibility to choose ourselves over and over again whatever the situation is . A Self-Evaluation is required in this process. It helps us know how much we have accomplished on our resolutions, are we on the right path?, what changes to make and lot more.

Another important thing one should master during the process is Self-love. When you start loving yourself, your perspective towards life changes. It makes you a better person. Also, try to gift yourself when you accomplish the required result. It makes you happy and motivated. 

So, be confident, determined and consistent on your resolutions and work on it. Master everyday.
