Hello.! Let me introduce myself first my name is Santhiya, from Tirupur.This is my first blog and new to this blog world. I hope i ll give my best at every state. NOW, in my first blog i could like to share about YOGA. A comfortable place to fill up all things is yoga. Yoga is essential for everyone to do in regular basis because it is a great way to work on our flexibility and strength.If you have ever imagined that Yoga is only all about twisting ,bending your body, it's time to rethink.Yoga is to relax your body in calm state and keep our mind peaceful.It is all about harmonising the body with the mind and breath through the means of various breathing exercise, asanas. and meditation.

Here, are the few asanas. According to my study there are 84 asanas , each one depict various benefits for our body.Asanas is an body posture that is performed to benefit the health and mind.While the gym is new concept Yoga is an age-old concept.While all thought that yoga doesn't provide any results in weight loss, stabilise period cramps,digestion,etc..but the studies have been proven that none other workout will produce result than YOGA                                                                

 These asanas are personally i recommend to everyone to do, because i do those asanas in regular basis.

Benefits of YOGA:

  • YOGA improves strength,balance and flexibility
  • YOGA helps with back pain
  • YOGA can ease arthritis symptons
  • YOGA relaxes you
  • YOGA helps you to manage stress

Improved flexibility is one of the first and most benefits of yoga.Each time when we do yoga ,we feel something different in our body and mind.It helps us to relax in every way. Mainly , in breathing exercises we may get more benefits like make our body feel like relaxed. Deep breathing is one of the best ways to lower stress in the body.

Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relives chronic stress patterns ;relaxes the mind; centres attention; and sharpened concentration.
