Hello everyone! In this blog is about how to walk in heels……

If you’re trying to figure out how to walk in high heels, then here are some tips that might help! If you don't want to risk ruining your shoes, here's what NOT to do: Don't try walking in heels until you're ready.

Find your perfect size shoe! The first thing that comes to mind when we think about walking in high-heeled shoes is a fear of falling. This is not only due to the risk of getting hurt but also due to how uncomfortable they can get. If you are looking for a heel height that will fit into your lifestyle while giving you maximum comfort, then try these tips.

Keep your heel to no higher than 1 inch from the floor.

Wear a wedge or platform if you want a little extra lift.

When wearing wedges, make sure your toes do not touch the ground.

Take several practice walks before wearing them. Practice walking on flat surfaces and walk slowly at first.

Look down about 10 times per minute. When you look down, your eyes naturally focus forward. This gives your brain the illusion that you are moving forward while actually standing still.

Don't wear heels that are way too big either. If you need help getting into them, try finding a pair that has a built-in wedge. This will give you enough space to get your foot in without pushing down on the ball of your foot.

You need to wear heeled shoes if you want your feet to look good. This does not mean that you should have high fashion designs with them. Rather, just make sure that you are wearing comfortable heel height. If they’re too high then you could end up with bunions and other foot problems.

Wear the right kind of heel. It doesn’t matter how many miles you do per day, you shouldn’t wear heels that are thicker than 2cm. The thinner ones are much safer.

Try to avoid putting pressure on your toes when wearing heeled shoes. This will lead to cramps and calluses.

WALK INSTEAD OF Run  Your body isn't designed to run around, especially in high heels. Your calves need time to adjust to the extra load of pressure placed upon their muscles. When you walk instead of run you can limit fatigue and build up your calf muscles.

KEEP YOUR FEET Apart Keeping your feet apart helps keep your balance while walking in heels. You want to make sure that your weight is evenly distributed between your two feet, not leaning heavily on one foot. When standing in high heels, you have to pay attention to your equilibrium and ensure that your center of gravity stays over your base of support. This way you don't slip or lose stability.

Thank you….
