(1) Reduce sugar intake because sugar contains fructose, which increases the fat around the stomach.

(2) Increase the amount of protein in food

Such as: - Foods like soybean, tofu, contain protein.  By eating them, you will not feel hungry soon and it reduces the calorie intake due to which there will be no fat nor fat in your body.

(3) reduce the amount of carbohydrates in food

 Such as: - Eating items like bread, pasta, maida, cold drills increases fats, reduce them and wake them up and eat green vegetables as much as possible.

(4) Drink warm stomach after waking up in the morning, it is extremely beneficial in reducing your body's fat.

(5) And if you wake up in the morning and drink lemon and honey in hot water, you will prove to be very retarded.

(6) Exercise must be done in the morning in the morning, due to which the fat in your body is gradually reduced and your digestive system is also better.

(7) Eat food always on time and eating late in the night increases stomach upset, so eat it at least half an hour before bedtime.

And after eating the food should rotate a little, which causes the food to digest digestively.

(8) Drinking lemon and ginger water reduces body fat.

Ginger contains some ingredients that reduce fat. Therefore, to reduce belly fat, there is a lot of benefit. You can also drink ginger water. For this, you cut ginger into two shops and boil it in a cup of water. After cooking for 10 minutes, remove the pieces of ginger and drink it like tea.
