Cupcakes,burgers,donuts,cheese burst pizzas- Am drooling, aren't you?!! Lets not talk about the adverse effects of these delicious stuffs which sometimes bring paradise on earth and a feeling so good !

After all u know its the belly which rules our mind - Carbs might be my soulmate πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Now let me walk through the real world- far from our enchanted delusions- There's a major issue which haunts us at some point of time - which if ignored may lead to a chronic disorder - any guesses - Yess u got it absolutely right - Constipation - Come on dive with me into the actuality of troubles we would face on prolonged consumption of these mouth watering stuffs.

All of you might have heard the phrase ,"the three white poisons" - salt , refined sugar and maida . We have an add on to this list - milk (adulterated milk) which also aid on to the process of upset stomach. Our body has a response to each kind of intake - acidity , bloating , irregular bowel movement - which in the long term lead to constipation, gall stones , ulcers, piles and the list goes on.

CAUSES:-

1. Less water intake

2. Food less in fiber

3. Less excercise

4. Stress

5. Overeating

6. Ignorance

Skin allergies, cold-cough, depression, laziness,drained out, exhaustion - some symptoms which we don't pay heed to and are unknown to the cause. Constipation is a long term disorder it doesn't start in a day and same goes for the cure. When we have fancy eating habits including fried,spicy,packed foods for a long time - we get minor symptoms,which later on turn into ugly diseases. A regular bowel movement is must for a healthy and happy lifestyle. If i said the belly rules our mind- its not only for the food we eat to be jolly but also an upset stomach can cause stress and anxiety - sometimes it's even that we end up thinking why we are sad when everything around us seems going well and good. Therefore if u are facing any such problem and worried about it here are some best remedies to help you out .

REMEDIES:-

1. Try including pulses , vegetables and at                     least one fruit in your daily diet(it even helps you get beautiful skin)

2. Drink enough water - not always plain water try taking refreshers with less sugar infact try avoiding sugar else take less sugar and add some salt to it ( enhances the sweetness as well as taste) , fruit juices -grapes, pineapple, watermelon.

3. Try drinking luke warm water with a pinch of turmeric (haldi) every night before going to bed.

4. Bananas - if u have food stuck and u tried hard to get rid of it - have this fruit anytime in the day - u will surely get a positive result.

5. Stay away from dairy products(especially MILK) for some days and observe the changes.

6. Curd is the best probiotic for our stomach and including it in ur lunch daily would help a lot.

7. Try getting a small plate to have your food to avoid overeating.

It takes only 21 days to make a habit and for that you need to be headstrong and stick to your thoughts. I hope you find it useful and helps you in some way.
