Hello everyone, I am back with another blog of mine. Friends today’s I going to talk about how education has changed during this pandemic because all the schools, colleges were close during this pandemic so all the classes were online where teachers took online classes because of this there is a sudden increase in demands of education apps such Byju, Vedantu, etc because all the education was online there is a large section of the population who not access education because of unavailability of these resources accept these in many parts of India in places such as villages, rural areas education turn as a bigger challenge for places where children do not able access online resources because facilities are minimum such as they do have gadgets such as 4G Smartphone, Laptop, etc. accept this in rural areas it where parents are mostly engaged in activities such as agriculture so parents prefer boys over the girl to educate. This period of pandemic also led to an increase in the rate of those who left in education in the pandemic. Accept this the role of teachers also becomes more important who is teaching online i.e taking online classes which is also a new challenge for teachers. accept these a large number of teachers have lost their jobs according to a report around 2 to 3 lakhs teachers lost their job during pandemic accept these teachers also face problems such as salary deductions due to which teachers do not fulfill the basic needs of their family this trouble is not limited only to teachers it also affected parents in a huge number who divorcing to pay huge fees demanded by schools parents have no option to pay this expensive fee to accept this there coaching institute which was shut down during this pandemic teacher could able find suitable job them in this kind of circumstances teachers are forced to do work which is unmatchable with their profiles but they no other options because they have mange their household expenditure. In-state like Karnataka where schools are refusing to take new admissions only in Karnataka more than 20% of parents have not cleared their children fee on the other hand in premium schools where teachers have to face salary deduction up to 50% at the end I would like to say that like everything this pandemic have a deep impact on education system I hope soon our education soon gets back on its tracks
