Nowadays, the existing world is living in its future inspired by the technological advances. It is clearly seen that human has invented so many high-tech gadgets that help to make their life more convenient and comfortable. These used to be pricey but now are affordable as everyone can purchase these. 

When we talk about future, then the first thing ever comes is robots. Robot is a machine that does everything in the support of AI refers to artificial intelligence. It seems like a human which is called humanoid robot. 

This is Sophia which is the first humanoid robot invented by David Hanson in Hong Kong. It was activated on 14 February, 2016 and appeared to public in the same year in Austin, Texas, the US. It is capable of delivering human like expressions properly. It's actually designed to develop sectors like education, research and entertainment. 

This is just the beginning. The future is awaiting us. Like Sophia, there are some other machines using AI that human owns in today’s world. They are so much helpful to people because they even do household choruses like sweeping or moping floor, in particular.

Nowadays, most of the fields are taking advantage of this technology. Manufacturing industry totally depends on technological gadgets. It requires many kinds of them. These are programmed to keep working after giving command once. 

Robots are also used for entertainment purposes. Anki Vector is a cute pet robot which is nice for children at home. 

It learns and follows its daily routine. It is capable to express emotions like anger, joy, scared and bored if does something again and again. It is really cute.  Film industry is also growing by using concept of robot. In most of the sci-fi movies, robots appear fighting humans or helping them as well. “Terminator” series uses so many humanoid robots in it, which is one of the best web series.

BENEFITS OF ROBOTS- 

This technology is boon for the disabled people who can't take care of themselves. It is also helpful for the working people because they generally don't have time to look after their households. So, it makes their children engaged playing with them. For young children, it plays a role of tutor, so they can learn anything anytime they want. As I earlier told about facial expressions in robotic technology, they can become good friends too.

DRAWBACKS OF ROBOTS-

Technology should be always of good use,but it may get dangerous, if not utilised properly, that can result in destruction. With the excessive use, people will become habitual to be free all the time that results in illness. Humanity will move to its end as far as there is no interaction among people.

It won't be wrong to say that technology can become a curse due to its extra usage. So, there should be limited use of it.
