Hey! Guys back again with the new reality of life . Panchmahabhutas many of you are not familier with this word but let me explain you. The panchamahabhutas are nothing but just the five elements that human have in there body. All the human have some power in themselves that can't be defined, everyone is different in their own kind.The human body consists of these five elements that are known as पंचतत्व in hindi. Let discuss it in more brief.
The names of the five elements are
This all elements helps to purify and clear the human body. It can be done by doing different asanas which helps in regulating the balance in life. To enhance the power to have a joyfull life we all need to understand the importance of that five elements or पंचतत्व
Now, let's discuss the importance of the five elements in human body.
Agni is the best mode of purifying the body. And it can be done by performing various asanas. Aa Agni is hot and purifying. All the rituals take place in the presence of Agni . So, agni is the purest elements which enhance power and purity in human life.
Prithvi (earth) is the element that teaches to be stable and balanced in life. As the earth revolve and keep us balanced on it. It helps to make life stable. It is mostly associated with skill and knowledge. It enhance us towards new things in life.
Jala (water) is the element which is very important in human life. It teaches to maintain consistency in life. As the water is continue to flow and never stop. It make us able to never give up on things and to be continue in life. And we can purify our body through water by performing various asanas which relate to water.
Vayu (air) is the pranas that help in living the life. As the air is pure and to live life with happiness. The pranas are the most important and versetile element from the five elements. We can purify our body by performing various inhalation and exhalation asanas by which our body can be purified.
Akash (space) is that element that teaches us to have some emptyness in life. Space is so big and teaches to enter in various forms of life. It helps to regulate the life in a way that can be easy to achieve happiness in life. It takes us to different parts of life where we understand ourself in a way that we have never experienced.
So the power that define you is with yourself.
