You Make Habits Then Habits Make You

Some of you might be wondering why I chose this topic for my todays blog. This is because I have been thinking and observing todays youth and adults of procrastinating things and their tasks. People always procrastinate things and leave them for tomorrow due to their laziness. Instead of doing things on the right time with the right process they just slip off from their  regular duties as they do not have a proper schedule or organizing things the right way. Main reason behind this is they do not have a habit to their daily chores. 

So I chose this topic to deliver a message to the youth to develop habits which further will develop you. HABITS - have you ever thought what does this word signify? It is simple , things we do everyday in life. Like brushing teeth, bathing, working, studying and many more.

But how to develop a habit which further will increase your intellect, communication skills, writing skills ? So habits have a important role in our lives,  but how to build a habit? Habits , first of all require consistency. Without consistency you will never reach your aimed target or goal. Consistency defines a man and man makes habits. Second , you have to start and set a goal to move forward and make it a habit. Without setting a goal or without starting you cannot be consistent and make a habit out of it. Third is being clear, you all should be clear in your life that what you want to achieve.

Lets see an example , I am a student pursuing my course of AYUERVED in PUNE. Some days before our classes went online and I had plenty of free time, so I thought of improving my reading habits and sat down on my study table and searched all the good and knowledgeable books, from which I got around 4-5 books to read. But a situation arouse , the books were very lengthy which scared me and a thought came to my mind that how will I finish all this. But I had that will to read to improve myself. So I figured another way of doing the same thing, instead of reading a 1book a day I read 1book in 3-4 days by diving pages which helped me in many ways . 1) CONSISTENCY 2)HABITS BEGAN TO DEVELOP 3) MY GOAL WHICH I SET WAS IN PROGRESS .

So instead of slipping off from your goal , try and find new ways to the same thing , I did . You all can also do. Today you build a habit tomorrow this habit will build you. I myself have seen so many changes in me. I have become confident, calm, and a state of stableness in my life.
