HIRING FOR  (Walkins):

  1. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE/ ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle Accounts Payable function.
  2. Payment processing.
  3. Review invoices
  4. Check vendor files

Experience (4-5 years):

  1. Working knowledge of MS Office
  2. SME knowledge of Accounting principles
  3. ERP like SAP preferred

 

2. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE- OTC

Responsibilities:

  1. Receive/Apply all customer payments
  2. Make complete reconciliations of customer accounts nand complete statements.
  3. AR period end close, sub-ledger, reporting etc.
  4. Research on unapplied cash and follow- up with parties
  5. Processing of Treasury etc.

Experience (3-6 years):

  1. End to end knowledge, Cash management, applications etc.
  2. Excellent verbal and written skills
  3. Team working and negotiation skills
  4. MS office knowledge preferred

 

3. MANAGER, R2R

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead team of R2R domain while ensuring values for KPI and SPI
  2. Day to day activities i.e. Account reconciliation, Journal Entries, Audit etc.
  3. Supporting the metrics reporting for significant process
  4. People manager also involved in hiring , structured learning path and operation mentor for the team

Experience (7-9 years):

  1. Should have handles team of 10+
  2. Proficient in MS office application
  3. Analytical and problem solving skills
  4. SME knowledge for the accounting concepts

 

4. SAP BODS

Responsibilities:

  1. Building, texting, executing and managing data migration tool such as SAP Data Services solution.
  2. Able to load data using LSMW and troubleshoot errors
  3. Support the data cleansing activities as required using Information Steward, Excel, Data Services and SQL tools
  4. Pre load and also Post load validations of migration results , handle dropouts and advise on data cleansing requirements
  5. Migration dress rehearsals and post go- live support.

Experience (3-8 years):

  1. Knowledge of BPDMs, RDS templates and SAP modules
  2. Excellent verbal and written skills

 

5. PTP/AP-Manager

Responsibilities

  1. To Lead a large Accounts Payable team and handle their team and performing the tasks related to reporting, approval or evaluation of the AR data
  2. Ensure baseline values adherence for all Service Level Agreements-KPI & CPI
  3. Review the team’s day to day activities, including but not limited to invoicing, audit requests, analysis and other requests pertaining to the accounts payable process
  4. Handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis adhering to deadlines
  5. Interact with all the Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues
  6. Lead the multiple internal and external stakeholders
  7. Support the metrics reporting for the relevant process

 

Experience (7-11 years):

  • Good Communication skill and the ability to engage customers in significant discussions
  • Proficient in theMS Office applications, especially in MS excel
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills and ability to handle the team and client discussions
