Job Vs Business.

The conflict between job vs business is a never ending thing. People debate a lot whether to do buisness, start your own thing, or go for a job, but just debate won't help unless and until we ourselves introspect and ask that what do we want from life, what are my weaknesses, my strengths, and etc. There are so many factors one should consider before choosing a career option.

Questions you should ask yourself before becoming an entrepreneur.

  • Do I really want to start a business? Or just because some people did and became successful, so you think you'll become the same as them.

  • Can you face ups & downs in your life without getting agitated?

  • Are you extremely street smart?

  • Are you ready to give 15-18 hours of you day intitially to your start-up?

  • Do you have strong convincing skills?

And, there are many more questions which one should ask him/herself before starting a business or investing the hard-earned money into their start-up.

Questions you should ask yourself before deciding to go for a full time job.

  • Can you work under someone?

  • Can you follow the strict rules and protocols made by someone else for the employees?

  • Can you work in a scheduled enviornment where you timings are fixed and not flexible?

  • Would you be happy with the pay cheque you'd get at month end? Or you'd want to work for yourself and earn your own profit rather than taking salary.

  • Are you fine with getting scolded or criticized by your seniors at your work place?

There are still many more questions left to ask yourself before choosing job or business.

Nowadays youth is impressed by the start-up culture and want to invest and become a big giant, but it doesn't always goes like that. People want to have the pot of gold as soon as possible. Actually people who desire to become an entrepreneur are just fascinated by the glitter and glamour of successful people. Here I'm not telling that we shouldn't have a dream car , house or anything we want. We must have desires, but to fulfill them it requires a lot and lots of hardwork, smart work, patience, courage, risk taking behaviour and many more things.

People go for a job for many reasons, it can be due to family responsibilities, not having enough money to invest or not getting any financer to invest for him/her or just simply they are meant to do a job.

Doing a job is a wonderful thing if you are extremely professional and like to work in an environment with rules and regulations. Your friends and society might tell you things like, you are satisfied with little and you can achieve much more by doing business if you are doing a job, but it's not true, some people are just meant to do job, it's their nature to follow orders and complete tasks and they are very good at it. Suppose if everyone in this world will start their own business, then who will work under them? That's a big question. So there should be a balance between these two.

Suppose if you want to start your business, some folks might tell you that why are you starting your own thing and experimenting with your life? Why to take so much risk? Don't you want a safe and secured life?

But if you are damn sure about your star-up idea and know and in and out of the industry you are going to enter then you should just give it a shot, because not taking risks is also a risk.

So decided carefully and wisely. Both the things are good, but you should know what's the best for you.
