In today's world social media has become a powerful weapon in building business, connecting to various people across the world, showing your talents, learning and exploring new things from it.

Everything , every inventions, every discoveries, every building apps all comes with pros and cons. People tend to believe everything that is shown in social media these days. But do you even know how far it is true or fake? Use social media but it has it's own limitations.

It's both the boon and the curse !  But there is no thing in this world that comes only with advantages. Right? 

Advantages of using social media: 

  1. Social media is the platform where you can showcase your talents. Showcasing talents has become a competition across the worldwide.

  2. Communication plays an important role here. You get to communicate with different people of different countries. You get to make new friends. You get to know about new languages, new countries.

 3. It has also become important in business fields. People are earning through social media. Many of them create their business account. They promote their business related things till it reaches audience.

 4. The more the. views, followers, likes they get the more popular they become. Based on this they gain popularity and get to find their way to earn. Some are being a fashion blogger, some food blogger, some show their acting skills, cooking skills, some people do blogging, poetry, writing skills and what not?

5. This platform has increased people's interest, their creativity level, access to knowledge, talents, building more skills, commuication and self improvement.

Despite having these advantages, there are some disadvantages too.

Disadvantages of using social media:

 1. Some people get too addicted to it that they forget to focus on their real life goals.

 2. Some people here gets trolled. Some are not judged here by talents but are judged here for their looks, behaviour and are body-shamed. They get trolled so badly that they feel unloved and disconnect themselves from these social sites. 

 3. Some people misuse your accounts. Some create fake account and misuse you, your picture, each and every details. Some of them hack your account.

4. Everything you see in social media are not real. You have no idea how they are in real life, how their lifestyle or relationship with everyone is. Not every person you see in social media are loyal, happy go-lucky kind of person or long-lasting relationship goals.

 5. The more you believe in social media and make comparison with your real life, the more disappointed you will be. Be aware of everything but make sure these social media don't fool you.
