I am back with a new blog which is about the 51st Chief Justice Of INDIA- SANJIV KHANNA. 

I am very excited while writing of this blog.  This is a blog about the person which everyone should know so that they becomes knw about the judicial activities which is happening in our country INDIA.

Justice Sanjiv Khanna was sworn as the 51st Chief Justice of INDIA on 11th NOV 2024, MONDAY for a brief tenure of six months by succeeding the VERY FAMOUS CJI - MR DY CHANDARCHUD SIR..

CJI SANJIV KHANNA is known for the his significant supreme court decisions  including those related to overturning the electoral bonds , REMOVAL of the clauses of  ARTICLE 370 and many more.

Justice Sanjiv Khanna, who has contributed to several for the welfare of the country and maintain the spirit of the INDIAN CONSTUTION and law….

PRESIDENT DRAUPDI MURMU administered the oath [ PRESIDENT'S HOUSE].

ALSO DY CHANDRACHUD was present during the oath ceremony of JUSTCE SANJIV KHANNA on MONDAY..

The term of the CJI SANJIV KHANNA will lasts until MAY 13 ,2025.

ABOUT SANJIV KHANNA-

JUSTICE SANJIV KHANNA has been serving in the Supreme Court Judge since Jan 2019. This CJI who granted the bail to to the FORMER DELHI'S CHIEF MINISTER- ARVIND KEJRIWAL JI.

He was born on 14th of  MAY , 1960 in a legal family in DELHI.  His father JUSTICE DEV RAJ KHANNA was the judge of the HIGH COURT OF DELHI.

He studied from the DELHI'S UNIVERSITY CAMPUS LAW CENTRE.

CAREER-

He served as a senior standing counsel of the INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT and  the NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY .

He was also a part of the SC BENCH that struck down the electoral bond scheme for political funding as unconstitutional and holds the governments 2019 decision to revoke ARTICLE 370 ,which has granted special status to JAMMU AND KASHMIR,

He is a very experienced person as a judge in the line of law. He will definitely take good decisions on the matters of criminal cases legal cases and many more cases which becomes a barrier in the development of our country. HE always take best decisions for the country and in future we also hope from hi so..
