Hi guys πŸ‘‹ 
I am here with my another blog. In this blog am going to share you all about weight loss in easy method form home. Am going to share you the weight loss methods in different ways of drinks. you can make use of it which ever is comfort to you. 
1 st method _ cumin seed drinks : 
Step 1 _ Take 2 glass of water. Put it on the stove let it boil.
Step 2 _ Take 1 table spoon of cumin seed. Add it to the boiling water. Boil until the water colour is changes to lite yellow colour mean while the water will be reduced into the quantity of one glass. Step 3 _ Then turn off the flame let the boiled water gets cool. Or you can take the drink if you can able to drink it hot. Drink this every morning in empty stomach it helps to burn your fat quickly. 
Benefits of cumin seeds :
* Helps in weight loss and Increase digestive system. 
* keeps you young , helps to glow your skin.
* It control sugar level and blood level.
* It fight against bacteria and boost memory power. 
2 nd method _ chia seed drinks : 
Step 1 _ Take a spoon of  chia seed.
Step 2 _ Add it to a glass of water wait for 2 to 3 minutes the seeds turns into a jelly form. Have this drink every day. 
You can also use this seed in juice and faloodas. 
Benefits of chia seeds : 
* It is a fibre content seed and also help to reduce heart disease. 
* Good for hair growth and to reduce our body heat and good for skin glow.
* It should not be taken in raw form.
* It has more calcium than milk. 
3 rd method _ Ginger lemon drinks : 
Step 1 _ Turn on the flame boil water.
Step 2 _ Take a lemon πŸ‹ cut it into small piece add the lemon in boiling water.
Step 3 _ Take a piece of ginger cut it into small pieces add the ginger into the water. Let it boil 5 to 10 mins in low flame. Turn of the flame. 
Have this drink in every morning in empty stomach and before you go to your bed. 
Benefits of ginger :
* It fight against flu and cold.
* if you have pain during your menstrual days it will reduce your pain.
* It is good for digestive problems. Hepls in weight loss.
* It act as a great relieves for gastric problem.
